Easy to use site, but was not able to use my new customer discount for some reason. Fast delivery, very happy with what I ordered and well packaged.
I have been a customer for some years now, and this is the first time that I have been disappointed. On receipt of my parcel, it was clear that the items were missing. Instead of receiving 4 x Raspberry and Rhubarb candles, I received 1 x. I telephoned to advise of the error and was told that the missing candles would be sent, although I have received no email confirmation of that.
No complaints at all, arrived on time and gave me an accurate assessment of the time for delivery.

It’s wonderful. I absolutely love the smell. I’ve only just found Stoneglow and also found today it’s sold in a store quite near to where I live.
I bought two reed didfusers: “Dark amber and Vetiver” and “Cedarwood and Cypress”. I received a complimentary “Orange blossom” one which was a really nice gesture. While the latter two have a really nice delicate smells and not overpowering but just right, the first one has barely any scent and that was the case from the moment I opened it. Maybe a bad batch. I will probably buy again but not the Dark amber and vetiver scent. The package arrived on time and everything else was ok.

Purchased whisky etc chein reed diffuser and not only does it look very stylish, it smells amazing. Love it so much already purchased the refill, just wished there was more in this fragrance.
