Slow delivery
We purchased a scented defuser from John Lewis, we loved the smell, when we ran out of refills we contacted John Lewis to purchase more, they informed us that it was supplied to them by stone glow they used their own name on the product and couldn’t tell us what we needed. I contacted stoneglow and told them of our issue, they could not have been more helpful, they managed to tell us which refills we needed, with a week the large refill was delivered. Great service.
Ordered a bundle of surprise sale defushers for thirty pounds. Very pleased with four lovely scents. Well worth taking a change.
