The worst and unprofessional service I have received to date. Its is extremely disappointing and I told SMG that I will put it on here. Because SMG team took 10+ days to reply to my email and complaint. If they would have replied sooner there would have been stock available. I have arranged collection for the 2nd screen and requested my refund to be in my account before the weekend as I will need to go and purchase new monitors from a more professional IT shop, as SMG now don't have stock to replace the monitor with I also told them that in my personal opinion if SMG had any professional customer service level, I would not have received this email stating how sorry they are AFTER the Trust Pilot review was submitted, but instead send 2 new monitors (same spec or better), seeing that its thanks to STockMustG’s poor customer service and slow response to my first email that the monitors are not sold out. This is officially the worst company I had to deal with it the UK. By far. Even Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. TrustPilot needs to add a zero-star option there as well, because companies like SMG does not even deserve a 1 star due to this inconvenience you have cause me the last 10+ days. Cause how hard can it be, check and item before it goes out, its just pc monitors. But obviously for SMG that is too big task. I am furious about this. And I will make sure everyone gets to know this. Its NOT how customers must be treated.

Ordered a Xbox controller off stock must go and the product came broken. First use with it and had controller drift. Will be returning it. I recommend buying elsewhere. Update- I’ve changed it to a 3 star because they have been very helpful so far on returning the product. The email response is good. Wont give it a higher rating because they sent a faulty product which is fair. Update- returning was easy and customer support was excellent. Received refund within 3 working days of them getting the product back.

Order process from website was a good experience. Some confusion with order confirmation, which was subsequently clarified by email. Order of two monitors arrived quickly, but no notice from Stockmustgo or courier about rough time for delivery. One of the monitors was damaged (bezel sprung from frame), due probably to poor packing. Reported and now in the returns phase.
