I bought a refurbished Xbox Elite controller that arrived in pristine condition. No signs of use, not even a scratch. Ordered with 1-2 working days delivery option on a Saturday arrived on the next Monday. Very satisfied with the whole transaction.

Lenovo laptop had incorrect spec listed: was described as having a 4k screen when in fact it was only standard HD. Company have since promised to correct the listing.

Laptop battery almost dead. Ordered with the expectation that "pristine" condition meant that the battery will actually last a few uni classes without dying on me, unfortunately it will give up after less than 3 hours and seems to be getting worse. Bearing in mind from new it has a 14 hr battery life i don't think this is acceptable, it's less than a 1/4 the rated capacity and will only degrade further. If this company can't do basic quality control to make sure it's at least fit for use then you're better off buying from ebay and getting a better deal, so i do not recommend. 3 stars because it did arrive in the original box and has very little cosmetic damage as advertised, i would've preferred something scuffed up and cracked if it was actually functional though.
