I can not fault the service from David at Hale. Nothing is too much trouble and the ring I had made was perfect, stunning and within my budget. I was so impressed with Steven Stone's quality jewellery some 8 years ago when I had a diamond ring and necklace made that I chose them to make a dress ring for me recently. I was very pleased with my stunning ring and also the service given by David again. Top quality service and amazing design service with beautiful jewellery within my budget, David listened to my ideas and advised on what would work and look good and delivered exactly the ring I wanted

Fantastic jewellers that make bespoke rings and have a genuine interest and care in helping choose the perfect ring. David was brilliant and very calming throughout the whole process in helping me pick an engagement ring. At no point did he try to upsell and if anything he always came with suggestions that were slightly below my budget and he knows his stuff. I would 100% recommend using Steven Stone if you want choose a quality ring that is unique to your requirements at a good price. You'd be surprised to know that they actually come in much cheaper when compared with the average high street retailer.

Picking the right ring was such an enjoyable experience. The Hale store sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and did not make me feel hurried. The ring is beautiful and my fiancé is extremely happy. I will not visit anywhere else going forward for any jewellery purchases.

Bought an engagement ring last year, via in-store visits in Marylebone. Service and care were top-notch. Highly recommend. Cannot comment on online-only experience, but in-person was great. They were knowledgable, helpful, and attentive, with great follow-up service

My experience with this establishment has been less than satisfactory. I placed an order for an engagement ring over a month ago, and regrettably, I have received minimal communication from them, except when I actively pursued updates. Initially promised delivery at the beginning of the week, I am now informed it will be by the end of the week. Given the significant financial investment involved, one would anticipate a higher level of service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Excellent service! We had to return due to the diamond in my engagement ring feeling a little loose, which was resolved very quickly! Jason was thorough in the assessment and also offered to check over my wedding band at the same time, both rings were checked over, cleaned and returned within 10 minutes! Highly recommend Steven Stone for both their knowledge and professional service!

Ordered a product off the website, paid, and received an order confirmation. Received a call from a Manchester number saying the product wasn’t available as was “already sold” and tried to get me to agree to an alternative - I’ve heard of ‘bait and switch’ before in the jewellery industry. Used a credit card for payment protection but it wasn’t needed as Steven Stone issued a refund.

After searching and not finding the perfect ring for my special birthday we made an appointment at a Steven Stone and had the perfect ring made. Alexandra helped guide us through the process and made it so easy. They had the ring ready when they said it would and even arranged for someone to meet us in the store as it was closed due to storm Eunice, although eventually we did not make it they really went the extra mile. When we finally collected the ring the next day it was stunning and certainly exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Igor and all the Steven Stone Staff. A true gem, will definitely use again

I recently used Steven Stone for purchasing my engagement ring. I was extremely specific about my requirements and I was on a short deadline but this was no trouble for the team. Sadly, my diamond was lost in transit - no fault of the retailer but they handled the situation excellently. They gave options for both if the new diamond arrived in time or if it didn't so I was put at rest. Luckily, the new diamond did arrive but it was reassuring knowing we had a back up plan if not. The reason this isn't a 5* - The ring was delivered in a damaged box which came apart when I opened it. As soon as I opened the package I could see the box was damaged as it wasn't shut properly and had come away at the back, therefore the retailer would have known also that it was damaged when sending out. This isn't what you expect from a highly reputable jewellers. I contacted the store the same day and they sent out a new box for next day delivery.

My experience was perfect and I love my rings, they are stunning! I did an on line chat with Ronnie, due to Covid, and she then asked to give me a call where she explained all about the diamond I had chosen. My diamond is in memory of my mum and Ronnie invited me to a face to face appointment to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Ronnie was so knowledgeable, paying close attention to detail and assuring me on my purchase. I cried when I saw my ring, it is perfect, as promised! I did go over my original budget, but Ronnie was excellent at comparing stones to see where the money was going and I knew what I wanted and what I’d be happy with for the rest of my life, so happy to stretch (my husband grumbled a bit!). I am truly happy and satisfied.

Steven Stone Jewellers and the gorgeous Molly have to be by far the best jewellers and experience I’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in (with our active toddler) we were made to feel so at ease, looked after and comfortable. There was no pretentious atmosphere that lots of jewellers have and we could just relax whilst trying to find my perfect replacement engagement ring. Molly was absolutely amazing! She sat, discussed and explained every single little detail and helped so much! She was so patient, kind, warm and so natural and welcoming. After looking through so many beautiful styles of rings I still couldn’t decide but Molly somehow knew exactly what I wanted and found me the most PERFECT ring I could ever imagine!! As soon as I tried it on I fell madly in love. She knew me better than I did after only half an hour! We then spent ages choosing the perfect diamonds and Molly had so much expertise with what to look/go for. The customer service was second to none and she even looked after my existing wedding ring, cleaning it etc. When I went to pick up my ring, every person there was just as gorgeous and welcoming as Molly. It is such a beautiful jewellers with equally gorgeous people working there! I cried when I saw the ring and haven’t been able to stop looking at it since. The diamond is absolutely exquisite and Molly worked so hard at finding this for me. I have had so many comments at how beautiful it is. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and any jewellery I buy in the future will 100% be from Steven Stone! Thank you all so so much!

We visited Steven Stone in Hale to look for an engagement ring, first thought was the shop looked like everything might be out of our price range, but we was presently surprised. Molly (our sales assistant) was amazing, explained the different types of diamonds and presented example to try on. We came away with a really beautiful ring and at a reasonable price within what we wanted to pay. Excellent & friendly service and at a very good price.

Just been on there website online looked at various pieces of jewellery but when you click onto description no description of the item no carat weight, gold weight,no clarity ..But when you click onto delivery etc it explains about that as if people will just add a pice of jewellery to a cart and pay in full without fully knowing the full details of the the piece of jewellery..

When searching for a jeweller an engagement ring I did the usual scouting and met with three other jewellers. I was immediately impressed with Robert, his approach was non-pressurised, informative and honest. We went down the CAD route and Robert made it easy for me to explain my design idea and he provided lots of helpful image examples that I cut/spliced together to create the perfect ring for my fiancé, and the results were exactly as I wanted when the ring came in! Robert also helped me to find the perfect diamond, and handled all my questions / concerns about buying a diamond in the height of lockdown. He found the stone and I spent a weekend searching for a better one, and I simply couldn’t! I can’t praise him highly enough, and my fiancé is certainly very happy with the outcome, and that’s good enough for me :)

David Eagleton has just designed a special pair of earrings for our daughter. He listened carefully and patiently to our ideas and designed the most perfect, unique, delicate pair of earrings, which exactly matched the image we had in mind. He was also kind enough to look at our ten - year - old grandson’s drawings and incorporate the ideas into the professional design! David’s artistic skills and eye for detail are impressive. Most of all, his ability to really listen to you, the customer, makes him a real professional. This is our second commission from Steven Stone Jewellers in Hale and we would recommend them highly for the quality of the jewellery and excellent customer service!

Superb service from start to finish. David in particular was so helpful and knowledgeable. Entire ordering process was done online, due to stores not being open, but can no fault the experience. The website is well organised and easy to follow and the team are really helpful, when you have those few questions before you buy. Right through to delivery, it was so well organised. Would highly recommend.

I had the best online experience with the wonderful David who walked me through the whole process of creating a custom ring. He is the most caring and patient professional. He made the whole experience feel very personal. I’m so glad I trusted the reviews online and went for it, I’m thrilled with the ring. Steve Stone has to be THE best jewellers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Their customer service is fantastic, Robert for the Marylebone store was so friendly and he was a joy to deal with. He helped me design the best engagement ring for my now fiancé. My gf/fiancé is over the moon with her ring and I couldn’t be more thankful for the craftsmanship and the quality of the ring. Robert literally searched the globe on more than one occasion to find me the specific type of diamond I requested for the centre of the ring, and he managed to source the best quality diamond. I’m truly so happy with the entire experience and I couldn’t be more thankful for all of the Steven Stone team’s hard work!! We will be using them for when we design our wedding rings in 12 months time, I 100% recommend them - you won’t be disappointed!!!
