I have been a customer for over twenty years always been excellent service
I have had nothing but problems with status they never come on time. They have been to my property on several occasions. The only thing they need to bring is a new filling valve I've had no heating now for four days . They lack in communication and the only way you ever get Anything done is if you phone up and the staff are really rude. I'm not attacking you I'm just asking you to do the job you won the contract for instead of treating housing association tenants like they don't matter
So I had a gas engineer come to do my yearly gas inspection today and since he’s gone I have zero hot water and no pressure at all from my boiler. I have no idea what he’s done but I didn’t have any problem before he came. I’m an accord tenant and extremely vulnerable with disabilities and this is not good enough. The receptionist I spoke to on the telephone was also extremely condescending, rude and spoke to me in a terrible manner. If this was my property I wouldn’t choose Status for my gas works but unfortunately I don’t have a choice being an accord tenant. I think the overall attitude of the staff I’ve encountered at Status is terrible. It’s really not good enough.

Hi I’m just about to get my heating with status and I’m overwhelmed by the help one particular lady pam has been to me she has gone above and beyond to help me ... and get f everybody was like pam we would be better off amazing customer service ❤️ Pam your a star ...
Status took over a contract for another company and were continuously helpful with their service. The telephone operator,Sherrie, was always there on the other end of the phone to best assist and resolve the problem I was having with my radiators. I believe if she could have carried out the job herself she would have as she seems very dedicated and organised and is a credit to their company as she continued to deal with my job no matter how frustrated I felt about not having heating until the job was completed. Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant! From the moment we picked up the phone, to the moment status fit our new boiler. Second to none from our experience. All very friendly and efficient in the way they work. When the work was carried out they placed covers over anywhere they walked and would be working to protect floors, carpets, etc. Just a great experience from all we came into contact with and competitively priced. Big thank you to each and everyone of you that looked after us. It was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Status again. Kind regards Justin Keegan
l have been waiting in all morning for status heating to overhaul my boiler l have just phoned to see were they are l was told that my appointment had been cancelled this is how it was over twenty years ago they used to constantly let people down I live in a accord home and can not choose who l have to service my boiler if l could I would certainly not have this company they never told me they would not be coming l have waited all morning l am on pension years ago when l was working I would loose pay week after week due to this company if l could choose I would not employ these people
