I had to re let my rental property and took advice from Stafford & Johnsons. Sadly very poor advice was given and it took 3 months to re-let my property with a number of failed credit check applicants. I had given Johnsons 3 month notice before the end of tenancy, nothing was done until after the tenants had left, causing unnecessary delays. The company had no possible candidates on the books, Didn't advertise until a week after property was vacant. I had lost 3 months rent, This was unnecessary to be so high, costing myself over £4.5K I have taken extensive advice sense from multiple options, this should not have happened to such a significant amount.

Stafford Johnson managed a property for me for 11 years in Goring-by Sea. They also have recently sold it on my behalf. Their knowledge of the local rental and sales markets is exceptional. They managed both on-going rental and the sale with the highest degree of professionalism and attention to ensure matters were always attended to with the best possible outcomes. Ian Johnson, a director of this company, was assiduous in managing a very disparate chain of seven buyers and their attendant solicitors and estate agents. We observed first hand as he skilfully negotiated a veritable minefield of problems with consummate skill but with his unique velvet glove approach to diplomacy. Without Ian’s input in managing the middle of the chain of seven, and for which he had no direct responsibility as he was dealing with us at the top of the chain, we doubt that everyone would have completed successfully. Good honest people who were extremely helpful in our desire to sell the property as soon as possible. No real issues just seemed the market was a little slow at this time.
