Over the last 7 years I have used Stafford Johnson Estate Agent's to buy and sell 3 propertie's. From the first property 7 years ago to the last one I have just sold this month, Ian and all his staff have alway's been amazing. I would only ever use them.

Some say property does not sell in the winter - so we put our property up for sale with SJ in November! By the end of March we had a buyer and completion - all before the buying season starting at Easter. So well done to Ian, Richard and the rest of the team at SJ for your good communication and attention to detail and of course for handling everything as we were not on site during the sales process.

Everyone at Stafford Johnson was exceptionally supportive through what was a very difficult and lengthy sales process. Couldn't have asked for more.

Our decision to use Stafford Johnson to sell our house and buy our next proved to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. We had tried to sell our house a year or so before but had been let down by a couple of buyers so decided to take it off the market. Then, when we least expected it, we found our dream house. We contacted SJ who, because they had kept all our details, were able to re-advertise our house the very next day. They had buyers lined up and by the end of the next week it was sold! They negotiated a great price on the new property and before we knew it we were exchanging contracts. Their service was excellent. It wasn't all plain sailing (it never is) and when things needed sorting out they were right there behind us supporting us all the way. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

Stafford Johnson found a purchaser very quickly for us. It turned out to be an extremely protracted and difficult transaction due to conveyancing complications. However, Neil continued to progress everything very efficiently, and brought the deal to a happy conclusion. I cannot recommend Stafford Johnson highly enough, and will not hesitate to use their services again.
