SpyFu has a ton of features that can amp up your marketing. It's easy to get lost playing with the tools. What I appreciate about the platform are the guides and videos the paid version comes with that help take your marketing to the next level. I highly recommend it.

SpyFu seems to be the best thing on the market for getting keyword information based on competitors, and it's definitely been helpful for us. There were a few things that I didn't see available that I think would be game changers: One is the ability to get local SEO/PPC numbers by city or state rather than country. I also think additional features for organizing large masses of keywords would be helpful. Exporting to spreadsheets is great, but some tabs display numbers in different formats than others and then you deal with duplicate keywords and deleting unneeded keywords one by one. I'm not sure exactly how the organizational tool would work but I would think it's doable. Thanks.

Just started using SpyFu after using many other similar products. I really like the product, especially for the cost. I get as much from SpyFu as I was getting from products 3x the cost. Highly recommend.

We are most likely going to cancel. We don't like your website and the fact that every time we try and use it for one of your clients you know nothing about them even if they have been active for years in SEO and Adwords. Then I have to add in their keywords

Great for first steps in understanding your market and their SEO strategies, beyond that you need more help to make real use of this information. I kept hitting roadblocks in my knowledge and videos also started out clear and then SEO jargon above my head.

I don't know how they get the info that they do but it's really helpful. It does take some time to master so be prepared to explore the training, which is extensive. Very comprehensive system when you do understand how to use it.

Unlike other SEO services, SpyFu offers on demand queries in an unlimited quantity. No more waiting until a weekly refresh. This is key when management wants a report now, not next week. The UI on the Keyword Kombat makes it stand apart from other competitive SEO research tools, making it easy to dive into shared, exclusive, and missing keywords. The visual display also makes for engaging imagery to non-technical team members. Their new project tab helps segment your research efforts between domains and then further into your own custom groupings for things like campaigns, keyword groups, and whatever else you can come up with. PPC data shows ad copy versions back years in all cases I've found. This is helpful since it enables you to view trends in your niches by directly viewing competitor advertisements. The support team has always been responsive and helpful. My biggest/only gripe is that the automated reports are a little messy in format and their visual style is quite dated compared to the UI of the site, but that is not primarily what I use this service for. Overall this is my SEO/PPC tool of choice, and I've been through many in my 5+ years of work in the field including Moz, SEMRush, CognitiveSEO, and Raventools, to name a few. All of these have their own strengths, but for my needs of actionable and on demand research SpyFu is by far the best.
