An item I ordered was in stock when I placed the order but then out of stock two days later so they offered a replacement, I should have recieved £4+ refund due to the price difference at the time I placed the order between the original item and the replacement but the replacement drink had now been increased in price so only pennies were refunded. Poor service

Excellent choice for alcohol free drinkers. Although they sell the real deal in alcohol, i am writing my review on the alcohol free purchases i made. As someone else has said, the packing is very sturdy and the bottles were received very well insulated. I was impressed at the vast choice of alcohol free drinks they sell (i spent over £90!) and so far they have all been a pleasure to drink (don't expect them to give you the kick that rum, vodka, whisky etc give you, just enjoy them with a mixer of your choice for an enjoyable alternative. The website was easy to navigate and the delivery was good. I will use them again.
Dreadfull service. Two invalid discount codes. Three aborted deliveries from a really poor courier, DPD (read DPD feedback, dreadfull). Told them to stuff there spirits, getting my money back. Ordered from another company, my whiskey came next day.
Good product at a fair price and free delivery. My only suggestion for improvement would be speed of delivery- I ordered similar items from a competitor on the same day (also free delivery) which arrived the next day but this took almost a week.

I have bought a range of bourbons over the past year or so and found this supplier pretty good in terms of price, the range of bourbons could be better, but they did have several of my favourites... As for delivery I have had a good service. I can only speak as I find and for me they are an excellent company to deal with.
It may not be your fault - but I ordered Aecorn drinks, you didn't have any, you sent me a substitute which is OK, but not really what I like
