I ordered the small samples of sliding wardrobe doors, received a call who said would be there between 7-9 on day of delivery. I asked for a update on the day as I may be walking dogs due to working, I also did say 7 is early as I work late into the evening, it wasn’t meant in anyway that I wouldn’t be there. I would just change my dog walking time. This delivery never turned up. In the mean time I had ordered wardrobe doors, they arrived as expected, delivery was excellent, as planned and let us check as advised all was ok. Don’t have time or energy to chase up the sample.
Easy to order and good delivery time
Ordered the wardrobe online 3 weeks ago. Once the delivery date confirmed. I had direct contact with the delivery crew the day before to establish the more precise time of arrival. Plus messaged 1/2 hour before this scheduled slot for confirmation. Delivery driver crew very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.

wardrobe doors are flimsy and the mirrors are backed by the thinnest unpainted MDF they have nothing that acts like a handle so you're left scrabbling to try and get your fingers in a gap anywhere to open them they are a dirty grey not white so if the surround you're putting them into is white it looks appalling the metal finish is shoddy -a hairline crack turned up a few weeks after being professionally fitted, at first you couldnt see it from the front but could see it when stood off to the side, it was 5 cm from the edge of the frame and exactly where the wheel mechanism is fitted to the back..a few weeks later another crack in exactly the same place turned up on the second door-complained about what we now think is a mechanical fault- B&Q as usual are pretty useless, have 4 of these giant doors taking up an entire wall you can imagine we are less than impressed and would not recommend this product to anyone
Worst experience ever ordered 3 sets of sliding doors one set was perfect they were 2020 high by 1200 wide great then the other two sets 2.4 x 1780 track was 70mm to big and doors were 70mm to small and it was no fault of mines

We ordered three bespoke mirrored sliding doors for our bedroom. Unfortunately two of the doors were scratched and will need replacing. The doors themselves are made by a company called Home Decor GB Ltd who are based in Sheffield. Home Decor have been very helpful and have arranged delivery of the replacement doors within a week.
Good telephone support when I had an issue ordering colour samples. Efficient delivery with a phone call to agree the date and a text from the driver to agree the time. Straightforward installation. I particularly appreciate the ‘soft close’ doors.
Fitted the wardrobe & it looks great. I had purchased the frame, which came in six sections. The meant I’d got joins at the top & bottom making installation difficult. Ended up going to wickes to purchase a new frame !!!!
Very pleased with my new bedroom wardrobe sliding doors. They are perfect fit,colour and the service and delivery very efficient. Should of replaced sooner, but well worth the price, effort and time. Mike at B&Q was excellent.
Cupboards look great all immaculate , the room is completely finished now such a big difference , mirror doors lake great with the three panel shakers.
I'm really disappointed with the customer services. They're using 'no respond' approach to handle customer. What a poor customer service team. My order was delayed for sliding door delivery now one month already, no one calling. Day 1. Sent email to customer service, no respond. Day 2. Sent reminder email to customer service, no respond. Day 3. When called back to customer service, she said she will escalate to supervisor, but finally no respond. Day 4. Then called customer service again, she asked customer to call seller directly. they don't know the delivery date and agreed to provide seller contact details. but finally nothing received. Day 5. I sent email for status update. No respond. Day 6. I sent reminder email for status update. No respond. Finally received the seller contact phone no. Called the seller contact for 20+ times but no respond. I asked the CS give help to arrange delivery time for me. The CS called the seller to return call. A long story to do a simply thing and show unwilling to give help to customer, this is customer service team.
I love my new wardrobe doors they really finish off the room, and the liner round the outside colour matched to the track and door frames is a nice touch. One star dropped because despite being "made to measure", the tracks were about 3-4mm too long to fit the space and had to be cut down to fit (I was expecting to cut down the wooden liners, but not the tracks). Luckily, I have access to the appropriate tools (angle grinder, etc) to be able to trim these down, but could be frustrating for someone who doesn't. Second star dropped is due to the delivery company, because "Room of Choice" apparently doesn't mean "Room of Choice". Despite having confirmed that it was room of choice when booking the delivery slot initially, the delivery guys just said "we don't do stairs" without even looking at them. Not sure where they think most people sleep, but in the majority of houses that I've been in (bungalows excepted of course), bedrooms with wardrobes are upstairs. I'm physically disabled (to the point of having a blue badge and disabled bus pass) so can't move heavy things like these doors by myself. If my dad who is nearly 70 and has had a stroke could manage to get the old doors up and down stairs by himself, I'm sure that two youngish strong delivery guys could have managed it. Other than that, the doors are great and look fantastic.

Parts turned with missing brackets. The made to measure wood fillets were short so had to joint them. No or very little instructions, emailed the suppliers and had no response
Initially, on the web site there are tools to help and guide you measuring and ordering the doors, this was supported by several reassuring communications from the company. We received notice of when the doors would be delivered and they were punctual. On arrival the doors had been well protected and after checking them for any potential damage in transit a very pleasant and helpful driver helped to put them in the room of our choice. The doors came made to measure and were easy to adjust to a perfect fit, the top and bottom guides were slightly oversized which meant they had to be trimmed by around 8mm. The instructions that come with the doors contain several versions of fittings but once you clarify which of the instructions to follow it’s fairly straightforward, I fitted these doors by myself but it would have been easier with an assistant. Once they’re up the doors look great, they feel robust and glide smoothly with little effort and benefit from a soft close. Only one minor observation is that the doors are such a good fit against the frame that the doors would benefit from a discrete handle. To summarise excellent product and excellent service.
