Due to our watchman giving incorrect info, we unexpectedly ran out of oil! We live in a very rural location and need a baby tanker for our deliveries. First thing Monday am we called and everyone jumped into action, doing all they could to get oil to us asap. They eventually used a pick-up truck with a large tank strapped to the back to get the kerosene here the fastest way possible. Brilliant service! Thank you.

We are long standing Southern Fuel customers and have generally been very happy with the whole service. However this week delivery was not as expected because the wrong vehicle had been scheduled. Subsequently delivery was two days later. Such a shame and a bit disappointing,but will continue to use Southern Fuel.

Fantastic service. Ordered oil on Wednesday. Arrived Friday. Got a message to say delivery was arranged and another text to say oil had been delivered. Always the cheapest prices in our area. What more could you ask for?

We have used Southern Fuels for a number of years and have had a consistently good service. Against other companies they are the best. Always polite and helpful especially if accidentally running out of fuel. Delivery is always ultra quick.

The initial delivery was terrible, the driver put the fuel in the wrong tank, he could have knocked the door or called me to ask if in doubt, and was then rude, intimidating and swore while slamming things around, he didn’t try and help resolve the issue just threw a tantrum and drove off, thankfully the manager I spoke too arranged for another driver to come out the next day to re do the delivery and this time no issues, the second driver Tim was polite, helpful and I had no issues. Shame one person let’s the team down
