To begin with,i would have appreciated a phone message before delivery,I was told it would be there friday and it came tuesday while i was out,and somehow he went to our side gate,full of logs ,dustbins,and not easily accessible, he dragged hose through this ,across garden and into tank. I have never had oill delivered through that way,Leavin a gate open at the top.i am only in the village,so surely he could have rung and delivered later. Also my bill is more than i was quoted. Not happy.
I contacted Southern Fuels on Thursday to check their price for our delivery, then placed the order. Arranged for the driver to text before coming. He texted later then came out the next day which was a pleasant surprise.

I couldn't be at home for the delivery. I received my oil with no fuss or drama. Oil is oil, but price and delivery make the decision. I will use Southern Fuels again with no hesitation.
They price- matched and were slightly cheaper than competitors. As requested, their driver called when on way with delivery next day. Also, unlike others, they don't demand payment up-front for 'promise' of a delivery but invoice after delivery. Altogether excellent.

Delivery was fine but delivery note was stuffed in the bushes at our gate rather than posted at the house as usual.
