Not big on the menthol flavors to help "kick the habit". Tried mint & peppermint and they both taste more like chemicals than the flavor and nowhere like a menthol cigarette. Also what is with the recommendation to replace the main cartridge after 5 refills - not economical at all compared to shopping at my local vape shop or the other products offered with replaceable cartridges :-(
Shipping takes forever
FANTASTIC flavor without being overly sweet. Have been purchasing creamy tobacco and Latte repeatedly for almost a year now, have no desire even try any other flavors.

Thought this brand was solid until I received a unit that came with flawed pods. Burnt out in one use. Contacted customer support TWO TIMES to try to ask what was going on because I was hoping it was simply a one time thing. Not once did I hear back from their support team. In fact, I got an email asking to review solace so here it is. Thanks for failing at every aspect including customer service. Will never purchase again.
