Beautiful Sofas… I ordered the Cream Sydney Sofa Set from Sofa Empire UK I spoke to customer service few times because initially I ordered the beige but then me and my husband decided to change our room so we changed the colour of our sofa to cream, during this time we called customer services and a lovely lady called Emma, answered my call and she is so lovely and polite and went out of her way for me. New sofas arrived today… Great service I dealt with James in customer service he was amazing I called as I wanted to change the delivery date, as I was getting the Keys to my new house late, and he was very friendly and assisted me straight away. The website is easy to use, once I ordered the customer service kept me updated regularly and sofas are exactly what I wanted. I would deffo be shopping here again!

Amazing from start to finish! I was kept well updated about my order and the customer service is very good. It’s great to see they make everything in UK, Leeds gave me such peace of mind seeing. Overall I would go as far as saying the best service and best product and the price is very competitive!
