I ordered a top and capri pants, I got an email saying my order had been despatched and then not long after someone emailed to say that the top was actually out of stock and would i prefer an exchange or refund, which was a bit strange, but these things happen. I chose to exchange the top for something similar and they sent me a link to the available tops in my size and price range, which was really helpful. I chose another top and they immediately confirmed and despatched my order, which arrived the next day. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely use them again.

I ordered Nike tights on Wednesday 31st December. The order was marked up as 'processing' in my account. I needed the tights quickly and so chased up the order on the 7th January having heard nothing further. Email received from SoActive on the 8th to say that they could not fulfil the order. Very disappointed with the lack of communication, keeping me hanging on unnecessarily and mostly for not supplying the product that was shown as in stock on the website. Immediate refund was given once requested.

Ordered some Ronhill winter running leggings, allegedly £45 normally down to £17 with the postage. Only large was available which was likely to be size too big for me but at that price was happy to risk it. Arrived the day before they said and seem very good. Nice quality and being tights will always fit, if not slightly long in the leg. Very happy so far.

My order was "lost" but they were quick to sort it out once I noted they had asked for a review on a product I had not received. But it duly arrived. It's a great supportive bra BUT the inside stitching on the shoulder straps is agonising and rubs your skin raw. Next time I will try taping under the straps.

I ordered a pair of trainers on 22nd December and received them by midday on the 24th. Excellent service considering the problems other on-line orders were having.

la taille commandée sur le site français ne correspond pas à la taille reçue. Il faudrait préciser les équivalences. J'ai sélectionné et commandé un soutien gorge en 85e (nulle part, il était précisé qu'il s'agissait d'une taille européenne), j'ai reçu un 100e! Immettable! Je suis déçue.
