I like prices and new products arrives regulary. Shipping is fast and price friendly as well. Only thing I would improve is product pictures, where zoom function could be useful.

I have never been treated so poorly by a company before, the communication was disgraceful and the delivery of my order didn't ever arrive, they wouldn't give me a refund and ignored my emails and calls. Luckily I paid through PayPal and had to make a claim with them to eventually get my refund a month later! I didn't receive an apology from She Active either, especially for the time spent chasing them for a refund and order I didn't receive and it was entirely their fault. She Active should be reported to the standards of fair trading. I have informed everyone I know, not to use them and hope that others who read this heed my advicey. I also hope She Active try to comprehend what ' good' customer service actually involves.

When I returned a couple of items they were sent to a Royal Mail delivery centre and when I queried when I would receive my refund I was told they had not received the items. Whilst this was eventually sorted - it wasn't hassle free for someone that works full time.

I love that I can get all my fitness gear in 1 place and pay reasonable prices for it! Great flash sales and perfect delivery! I use them all the time and appreciate the amount of stock they always have!

My parcel got lost on returning it to She-Active, which may have been the fault of Royal Mail. However, their response time to my emails/online form submissions was far below the standard I expected and made the situation much worse than necessary.

From ordering to delivery the fantastic customer service offered by this company are hard to find it todays' society. The goods are as described and always delivered quickly. If you do need to return something they could not be more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and the products that it sells.
