Problem occurred with damage in transit of goods. Once Snape were aware of issue they responded by arranging next day delivery for replacemet. Good to deal with companie of act so responsibly. WELL DONE!
Kilrock Blast Away Mould Gel & Brush received very quickly. However, product was completely useless although previously this product has been marvellous at removing mould on bath/shower grouting and sealant. I can only assume that the product has been sitting in storage for too long as it deteriorates with age. Shame as price and delivery were good but if it doesn't work then no price is good enough! Reply below accepted and I apologise for not giving Snape & Sons the chance to rectify. They subsequently sent me a replacement that is much better (although not as good as I know it can be). However, that is not their fault as there is no use by date on the product which clearly there should be.
Arrived before the delivery date but wasn't as big as I thought, will get more at some point though very good product
