Thank you, the products were all received very quickly, within 2 days. I couldnt find the small brabantia bread bin anywhere else, so was pleased you had it, i was cheekily able to purchase a couple of useful extras to save paying postage so thank you for enabling this. Everything was well packaged, though possibly a lot of bubble wrap which I shall reuse and which protected the product, but paper packing and parcel tape would be more environmentally friendly.

I thought that i had ordered a metal dustpan but a very nice plastic one arrived, probably my error ( I’m 88 and practically ga ga ) so no complaints from me.

This is the second time of ordering from this store and as before service is excellent, the pricing is very good and good communication of when items will be arriving. Yet another successful purchase. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you again.

Ordered a small mat from Snape & Sons which got lost en route to me while with the transit company. Snape immediately despatched a replacement which reached me within a few days. The original mat was delivered a few days later! I notified Snape who advised me to keep it. Their service was courteous, helpful and prompt throughout and it was easy to speak to them direct which is not always the case now.
