Bought from this shop as an alternative to Amazon and will Snape first in future. I didn't get the colour of headtorch I requested (but I can live with that) and I'd like to see a lot less bubblewrap in the packing box (it filled a bin bag!) but otherwise great.

I was looking for a particular item, small oil filled radiator, that seemed to be out of stock just about everywhere except the usual “ one stop shop” where I felt it was overpriced. Snape & sons did have it and the price was in the range I expected so pay so I ordered it. I had a look at other items they stocked and discovered they also had upholstery cleaner that I’d been having difficulty in sourcing locally. My purchases were delivered the day after ordering and p&p was free as I’d ordered goods worth more than £40. I’m delighted with the service and would definitely recommend a visit to their site.

Went to buy an item for this business, seen that it had uk mainland free delivery… then was told that because I live in Scotland I need to pay extra! Really!!!! Think you need to sort out your wording on your webpage.
