The kettle arrived on time and in good order. I bought it as I have arthritic hands, and this was advised in an appropriate site. It is totally wrong for me , but I had to use it to find this out, therefore I cannot send it back for full refund.Half plus postage is not acceptable. I have to give it away!

As a first time customer, this was a great experience. My order was acknowledged quickly and this was followed by despatch information a short time later. The excellent tracking facility clearly indicated where my parcel was and when it would be delivered. Order delivered 24 hours afterwards, professionally packed and the product was exactly what I wanted. Next time I need anything, I’ll check the Snapes catalogue first.
