Their website was easy to navigate and, the prices for a small family run business, I have to say are fantastic. From placing the order I was kept informed by email of its status. The packing of the goods I ordered was exceptional, they really took care to make sure nothing could get damaged in transit. I would recommend this company most definitely and, will certainly use again. This is an easy five star for me.

Good Company, although the size of what I purchased was not on the website and its a bit small for my door. However, everyone at Snape & Sons was helpful especially when the delivery co said they had delivered but although at home did not ring our bell ! Would buy from Snape and Sons again if there was something on their website I needed to purchase.
Your products are extremely good and it was lovely to talk to someone in person so easily and the response was efficient and reassuring when I reported that I was sent the wrong colour product. Unfortunately the returns procedure which has to be on line for either a returns label or bar code completely stressed me out and I had to seek help as anyone with my poor IT skills would also find this a challenging task.
