Superb customer support. Great platform both in terms of survey design features and analysis capability. The customer and technical support service is absolutely superb, very quick to reply and really helpful. The fact that you can easily get hold of someone over the phone or via email has been amazing. Very impressed.
I have been using Snap professionally since version 4 in the late 90s - it is absolutely the best survey software. Lots of others make equally nice looking surveys, but Snap's analysis powers are far superior. Their customer service, training and resources are also excellent! Please ignore all of the 1 star reviews on here, complaining about surveys that others create using Snap is like complaining to a farm that the supermarket was closed!
Of all the software I use, the technical support for Snap Survey is the best. They are very responsive, make sure my questions get answered and I am talking/emailing with a real person.

I just did a well functioning survey that used Snap Survey software, and I would use Snap if I needed to create a survey. Many of the reviews on Snap's Trustpilot page are slagging off another company that uses Snap software. If Trustpilot were doing an ADEQUATE job, they'd dismiss ALL the reviews that were incorrectly lowering Snap's Rating because the reviewer was rating a different company !! Personally, I think Snap (and lots of other companies) should sue Trustpilot for misrepresentation !!!

This is a waste of time, time that i will never get back. Wants you to do a deal before you can receive the reward which you probably will not receive SCAM……do not waste time!!!!
Cint, as a platform, does not give a good service. Surveys are generally poorly remunerated, and I find I am often disqualified after several minutes' work. Cashing in rewards is problematic; in the past it went fairly smoothly; this last one took six weeks. There are far better survey companies out there.
I was able to receive the $250 visa gift card reward. You have to read the fine print. It says you only have 60 days to complete all the deals.
I spent so much time into getting the reward but when it came to their verification process it kept saying cannot verify which they only let you do 3 times before they disqualify you !!! The camera they make you use to take the photos does it too fast
I am now a longstanding customer of SNAP and have worked with them for a few years. I have been supported by the same researcher with various projects throughout my time. The researcher has impressed me so much – and has helped me again and again over the years that we have worked together. I came to her with no idea how I was going to implement my project (I have to periodically survey people in around a hundred locations which are in eight 'areas' across the UK and Republic of Ireland) She has designed a system so that we can see what each setting is saying, what each area is saying and then the whole of the UK and the ROI. She has made great suggestions about how to phrase questions, present findings and layout our surveys. She has also been very flexible, is very responsive to emails and just incredibly nice to work with. Tonight she has gone out of her way to help me get the information that I need – and on a Friday night when she should be spending time with her friends and family. I am sure I won’t be the only customer that she will have helped like this, out of hours, and for no personal gain. She is an absolute blessing and has helped me so much. I don't normally bother completing reviews but I felt in this instance the company - and this particular researcher especially -really deserve a good write up. My experience of working with SNAP Surveys has been incredibly positive.

I signed up and completed a survey and got my 88p, I then tried to complete about 10 more serveys, which took about 20 minutes and after answering loads of questions I was told from them all that I didn't qualify. I have now just done 45 minutes of surveys, constantly trying one after another, answering correctly and honestly. It was a cycle of 'we have found a survey for you' to answer questions then get the 'you do not qualify'... 'we found a survey for you' etc. After 45 minutes I haven't been able to finish 1 servey which means I haven't earnt 1p. Not worth doing!
The surveys can very rarely be completed within the time specified especially when you have to go through the pre-qualifying survey too. What is totally deceiptful though is when you get the emails saying do a survey 88p for 15 mins and when you do qualify it says complete 15 min survey for 56p. This is pathetic misrepresentation, immoral and likely unlawful...
Just joined, participated in a lengthy survey, completed it, only to be told 'unfortunately you are not suitable!' DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! And no Snap Surveys, I won't contact whoever directly- it's you that is partnered with them- you investigate it yourself!
Used Snap for over 10 years. Started with great training and equally as good support since.
Waste of time. Spent about an hour doing multiple surverys after doing 30% of the survey it says “sorry this survey is unavailable” or “sorry you don’t qualify for this survey. Just a scam to steal all your information and personal details.
We have used SNAP for 5 years now and it continues to be of huge benefit to our company. The tool itself is hugely flexible and can be used to create fairly complex surveys, analysis and reports. The team at SNAP are very responsive and the technical support is really good too!
We have used Snap surveys for over 13 years - this is a great survey package, good functionality and reporting which they are constantly improving for ease of use. We have had some very complex survey requirements over the years and the support team have always been very helpful along with the regular tips, updates on new features and worksheets - would definitely recommend.
