Over 30 years of using Snap, I continue to be delighted and praise it to my colleagues and clients. My research consultancy simply can not work effectively without Snap. It's so adaptable and user friendly for projects of any size. I look forward to continuing to use Snap, in the post covid times ahead, especially with the exciting new upgrade now available

I love Snap Surveys and have been using it heavily for over 5 years. It's so flexible but really good value for money and you get all the proper survey features at once rather than having to pay extra for doing research properly! It isn't too tricky to learn to use. My one suggestion would be instead of PDF autogenerated reports with graphs in, to be able to create graphs that can be used directly in PowerPoint and Word. Would save me so much time!

Since 1997 Snap have been a fabulous partner and we have loved working with them to build our business, from our foundation training through to running multi regional global studies for the worlds biggest brands, Snap was the platform we used. The real strength is how quickly they respond to help you when you need it, there isn't much spare time in Market Research, so when you need help, you need it now, and Snap are brilliant at that. The product is world class and they have a very innovative approach to meeting the industry needs with regular updates to add in functionality that clients expect in a very fast moving market. We have and will continue to refer our partners and clients to Snap whenever the opportunity arises, great company.

Carly in Snap Support is amazing, she's shown such enormous patience with me, working through the endless queries I have as I'm getting to grips with the software after 10 years away from it. I really don't know what I'd have done without her support. Thanks so much.

When making my first survey with Snap, I got a bit stuck and emailed the company for support. A kind employee got back to me really quickly, and continued to help me through any query I had. We ended up having many back and forth emails as I was so new to the software so was getting confused here and there, but she helped me continuously and was patient and thorough in making sure I understood how to fix the problems I was having, with genuine kind words and screenshotted step by steps. This software is amazing and the support is phenomenal - friendly and fast. I would highly recommend! Thank you Snap.

We are an NHS Trust which has using Snap for several years now for both audit and survey data collection. The product is essential to the work we do, easy to use and capable of so much. The support provided is excellent, very responsive and hugely knowledgeable support staff. Snap has really come into its own during Covid, where we have used it for lateral flow test data capture. We've had a huge amount of support and guidance from an individual support person and the system we've set up has worked beautifully. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

This is just a middle man acting for a company called cint and don't take any responsibility. You get bounced around to other survey platforms , asked the same security questions time and time and time again. Only to be told the survey is finished or full or "not active at this time". AVOiD !!!!!!!!!!

We have been using Snap since 1998 to design and analyse survey data for our clients, and would never go elsewhere! Snap is a very strong analysis package (comparable only to SPSS, but much easier to use), and is very flexible on survey design. Running your surveys through Snap Webhost also means you know all of the responses you are gathering are secure and backed up. The level of customer support from Snap is also excellent. There is a huge resource library of worksheets and tutorials for every level of Snap user, but the helpdesk is always very efficient and knowledgeable if you need help in a hurry or your question is a bit more obscure.

As a research consultant, I've been using Snap survey software for over fifteen years now to design, field and analyse surveys for various different clients. I find that it has a lot of useful features and is much more intuitive than SPSS, and the team are obliging and responsive. They were accommodating recently when it came to using it in my role as a school governor, too. My one plea would be to develop a Mac desktop client as at the moment I have to run it using a PC emulator, which is a pain.

I am a new user of snap survey, on behalf of my football club. I found the whole experience really positive - I had some login issues initally, but these were sorted very efficiently - and the constant support through the whole process was really impressive. I designed my own survey, distributed to members, and am now presented with really easy to read and very useful data. I would thoroughly recommend Snapsurvey to anyone

Every survey I've done so far says at the end sorry not suitable for this survey! Very annoying and frustrating and waste of my time, am about to give up! This is because of "Cint" apparently? So what's the real story here and what is their criteria? Maybe we should know before we start/ waste our time??

I have used Snap for several years now. Its is a great survey package with all the functionality I need and more. What really sets Snap above the rest though is the support from the team- via the help desk and our account manager Marianne. We have had some very complex survey requirements over the last year and they have supported us every step of the way. A pleasure to work with.

The snap software that I use within my day-to-day job is of a high calibre allowing me - and my colleagues - to produce high quality pieces of work that meet our organisation's business needs. The software keeps getting better and improving with each passing year, with new tools being added to allow surveys to become more dynamic and interactive. With that said, the software remains extremely user-friendly and if any problems are encountered, the Team at Snap are always on hand to offer help, advice and top quality support. Alongside the day-to-day use of Snap, the training materials on offer - whether that be onsite, online or via telephone - are also extremely beneficial to any type of Snap user, regardless of whether they're a beginner or an experienced user.

I have been using SNAP Survey software for over a decade and I believe it is an essential part of my business as a market research consultant. I use the software every day and although it does have a learning curve it is simply much more powerful and flexible than many competitors in delivering online, face-to-face and kiosk interviewing. Without doubt, using SNAP has allowed me to be more innovative and has helped me deliver research, valuable insight to my clients and grow my business. I have also worked with the SNAP consultancy team several times and I have always found them creative, diligent and committed to excellence. I feel in safe hands working with them and would recommend them. The help desk are also very good at helping to answer difficult questions or help me solve challenging questions.

We have been using Snap Survey since 2016 receiving an excellent level service from all areas; training, sales & support. For anyone looking for a solid response collector & analytic tool I would highly recommend Snap.

Started Snap Surveys & completed 2 surveys with a credit of £2+. That was about 6 weeks ago and since then I have received several invitations to complete surveys, but after completing 15/20% of the survey they find it is not suitable and find me another survey - this goes on for another 2 or 3 surveys so after wasting up to 15 minutes of my time I am no further forward and out of pocket on time wasted. BEWARE!!!

Scammers, They leach on to you from other web sites when you buy something online and promise cash rewards for filling out surveys, lots of excuses for not crediting you for all the time you spend filling in their online questions. After filling in surveys they say finding one more suitable, so all that time was wasted (not credited!), after a lot of time it falls over with an error, so no credit at all. Contacted them many times and they just fob you off with some IT excuse, weeks later it is no different. Appears to be just another con, don’t waste your time. Update (to their reply) "Snap Surveys" log-in, "Snap Surveys" on the web pages, how can that not be a Snap Surveys service then?
