My phone call with inquiries was very friendly and efficiently responded. Following the process by paying fast, I received the discount as promised upon which the delivery process was turned on. I received the product exactly as promised and also on the committed time. I was informed both by email and a phonemail announcement of the delivery day and time. J'ai commandé à plusieurs reprises et j'ai toujours été très satisfait du service de ce site très sérieux de vente de mobilier et objets de design. Ce que j'apprécie particulièrement chez eux: - des fiches produits très détaillées en informations techniques sur les produits notamment les dimensions, coloris, variantes possibles… - un stock de produits disponibles sans commune mesure avec ce que l'on trouve chez les autres marchands (web ou physiques) pour lesquels la plupart du temps c'est sur commande; pour autant le prix n'est pas plus cher et généralement aligné sur ce que vous verrez ailleurs; - on y trouve aussi bien les grosses pièces que les petits accessoires ou certaines pièces de rechange très utiles (par exemple accessoires pour les meubles de rangement USM, accessoires de bureau design, patins de rechange d'origine pour certaines chaises Vitra…); - sur un de mes achats (une bibliothèque Eiermann en l'occurrence) où il y avait une possibilité de personnalisation sur mesure (hauteur des montants pour fixation au plafond et étagères additionnelles) tout a été parfaitement géré en quelques mails (en anglais) avec le service commercial. Il faut juste savoir que pour les livraisons en France de grosses pièces, celle-ci se fait par transporteur en pied d'immeuble/maison, donc c'est à vous de prévoir la manutention éventuellement nécessaire, mais Smow est parfaitement clair sur ce point lors de la commande. Je n'hésiterai pas à retourner chez eux, bravo !

very timely and without defaults

The process was responsible and careful. I really only have one comment: once shipped, it was not possible to monitor progress. I had no idea of the day of arrival - in the event it took a week. Consequently, I had no possibility of knowing when to be at home, and indeed at first try by the courrier to deliver, I was not. However, I appreciate that I was contacted by phone by a human being to fix a new date and offer of a prior phonecall as courrier was approaching.

When things go wrong that’s when a company can show what they’re really made off! I ordered an item that turned out to be damaged and the way SMOW handeled this was excellent. They were very quick with answering my emails and even followed up by calling me personally and apologizing for any inconvenience. The money was returned promptly and everything went very smoothly.
