I ordered a table set for a Christmas Present from smow the 8th of December. Delivery time stated a delivery time between 2-3 working days. The 19th of December I contacted the costumer service because the table set still haven’t shown up. I got an answer from costumer service the 21st of December saying that they could not do anything about it and posted a link stating prolonged delivery times due to CoVID. That was the first time I was introduced to this link. The 22nd I had to call the delivery service to send out a special delivery so that I could receive the table set before leaving for Christmas. Basically I think the delivery time was wrongly communicated, I had to follow up on the prolonged delivery time myself, and when I did so, I was told that the smow costumer service couldn’t (or wouldn’t?) do anything about it. A very bad experience for me.

The product has failed after two weeks. The felt pads have fallen off on two the chairs and I have had to re-glue them. Poor quality product - very expensive.
