After put £5,064 in smartcharts, I had chasing for poor training and mentoring. This company doesn't provide actually professional training. But use psychology tactics to make new people come on board to believe make a mistake and put more money in. Keeping ask me to deposit more money and tell me a lot rubbish. Smartchats is a scam and professional tactics to persue your money. Avoid it or lose your money.
Really Disappointed!!! Felt Cheated, Trust Breached. Incomplete Access: The Smart Chart platform offers only limited access unless you pay for an advanced course costing £20,000. Misleading Discounts: They offer a “big” discount (£2,995 instead of £10,000), claiming limited seats, which seems to be a sales tactic. Poor Tool Performance: The platform's success rate is not as great as advertised, often giving incorrect indications. It requires significant experience to avoid misleading signals. Push for More Sales: Constant pressure to upgrade to more expensive courses instead of genuine support. Poor Customer Service: Complaints are ignored or inadequately addressed, offering only redundant beginner's courses as compensation. Conclusion: Don't fall for the big promises of Learn to Trade. The tools and strategies they promote are unreliable, Think twice before making this costly mistake. SCAMMED PLEASE BE AWARE Within a day of paying the fees. First I couldn't login, called the support no one answer for few days. Finally got someone who suppose to sort the issue, 3 hours on the call but they couldn't fixed it. The next Day I was given a password to access it. I asked for refund but they categorically refused, based on the fact that I have accepted to the term and conditions which will pop up when you access the SC at the first time (which I didn't, they access it for me).
Total scam artists and fraudsters. Anyone who thinks they’re ok simply hasn’t had it dawn on them yet what’s going on, but they will in good time. Do not part with a penny to this company.
This company are a bunch of scammers. They do not deliver what they advertise and use different companies to obfuscate their scam. They advertise a one day course for £87 which they claim will give you access to a £10000 trading account. What they don’t tell you that it is really a hard sell for their A.I. software and unless you are a seasoned trader you cannot hope to achieve anything with the account they offer. This is even if the account was registered to a legitimate U.K. registered company. It is not the trading account is registered to another company called capital index ltd which has been dissolved so it is trading illegally in the U.K. they add (global) in brackets as if this is supposed to mean something. All in all the initial advert is a scam to take your money and if you are taken in and fall for their hard sell you will lose even more money. They have refused to answer any questions about their dodgy business practices and refused to return my money. I will be reporting this to ASA and OFCOM, trading standards, and eventually will file a money claim against them. AVOID THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. The response smartcharts have given on trustpilot is not a meaningful response and they are bending the truth. It is a fact that Capital Index ltd has been dissolved in the U.K. and it is a fact that trading financial products with a dissolved company is illegal. If you check the account you assigned to me there has been zero activity on it for the simple reason that the company the account is registered to has been dissolved. I refuse to get involved with such shoddy business practices. I wrote to you at least five times requesting a refund of my money but you ignored all my emails. I stand by my original comments. If you would like to return my money you have my details.
I signed up with SmartCharts in October 2023, and believed that this would be a great way to make use of advanced (AI) techniques to simplify the process of placing profitable FX trades. When you get involved (£5k plus monthly subscription), it's quite different. The training videos are slick, and presented by the founder, who clearly has made huge money from FX. However, despite looking good, the content regarding reading charts and using technical analysis, is very similar to MUCH cheaper courses available online. You have to use their own system for placing trades (they make money from each of your trades), because they provide the "AI", which really isn't AI. It's basically just algorithms applied to the charts, which is something you can achieve in TradingView, if you have some basic coding skills and some intelligence. This "AI" is meant to help you to win more often than not, but that wasn't my experience. I gave it 9 months, and lost money overall. The Trading Basics trainer clearly knew his stuff, but he was arrogant and grumpy when people asked questions to try to clarify points or deepen their understanding. They provide you with mentors, but I had to change mine because the first one I was offered was unprofessional (late for training sessions), and seemed like he didn't want to be there. The second coach/mentor I had was a lovely guy, with lots of patience. He was genuinely keen on seeing me succeed. However, the organisation seemed to be neglecting their duty of care for this guy. He's overworked, and his health is dangerously bad, but SmartCharts continue to get whatever they can out of him. It's a real shame, and a clear indication of the culture within the organisation. Also, I was mis-sold their "Advanced Trader System", where I was told that they would give me a £10k fund (their money), if I paid £5k for their Advanced programme. What I WASN'T told was that you had to prove that you could grow your portfolio by 3% each month for 3 months, before they would give you that pot. Unfortunately, I didn't manage to keep that going. Overall, I ended up paying £10k plus the £69 per month subscription for 9 months, and I lost about £1k on the trades that I placed. When I tried to cancel, it took about 10 days to get my money back out of their system, and they charged me an extra month of membership. Overall, an expensive waste of time, money and effort. I sincerely hope that you have a better experience than I did with these guys, if you are considering it. All the best.
Before you consider FX trading be aware 87% of people that open an FX trading account, lose some or all of their money! With regard to Smartcharts and their LearntoTrade product, the initial "training" is essentially a sales pitch that you have paid for. At the end of the sales pitch, they say subscription to the LearntoTrade course is limited to the first 25, it's not. They will take £4995 from anyone! They say they will give you a "free" £10000 trading account and they do, but you are limited to losing a maximum of £500, so if your first 3 trades go against you, you can't use it. You are taught 5 trading strategies, but they don't tell you that you can't use 4 of them unless you fund your trading account with £50k. At this point they try to sell you a funded trading account, I can't remember the exact figures but for a £50k trading account it costs you say £19k, for a £75k trading account its say £27k and for a £100k trading account it’s say, £35k. I wouldn't swear to these figures, but I am sure I am close. These trading accounts are run on a profit share 80/20 in your favour BUT like with the £10k account you can only lose a small percentage of the account before you can't use it. I think with the £50k trading account you could lose £5k, before you are either restricted or stopped. Can you see what they are doing? In the example of the £50k trading account they are only risking £5k, but you are buying the trading account and "further training" for £19k so they are guaranteed to finish at least £14k in front. And if by some miracle you do trade the account profitably, they get your £19k plus a share of the trading profits. As a way for them to make money with no risk and very little effort it is a brilliant idea! The Smartcharts trading software in itself is fine and all the training you get on the 3-day course is also available in a comprehensive video training library. They claim to use AI in their marketing but over the training days no one referred to Smartcharts as having any AI capability. All the trading signals are a product of algorithms. I spent the £4995 on the course. I went into it thinking it was probably a scam or something full of catches and attempts to relieve me of my “hard earned”. I am afraid I was right; it is significantly about the latter. They do pull just about every sales stunt in the book to get you to part with your cash. I guess they will have some clients that succeed, probably about 13 out of every 100 (based on the 87% failure rate of traders generally), if you think you could be one of the 13 then go for it. For me, I didn’t ask for my money back, for years I have wondered what this FX trading malarkey was all about. It was worth investing the £4995 to find out there is only a small chance of success and that the people who are selling the courses and the trading software that are the one’s making all the money. I therefore rate this as unquestionably AVOID
There is a lot of training available and the company has been fantastic about responding to my questions. The coaching and mentorship has been really helpful.
SmartChart gave me the confidence to continue learning, receiving support of the entire team through Courses, real webinars, and a mentors always available to encourage my process and guide me. Still much to lear but happy with the results.
Took the 3 day LTT course back in March and have found the experience quite easy and straight forward. Easy to follow E-learning within smart charts that you can go back to at any time. Mentoring, daily webinars, bootcamps all there to help you along your trading journey to become a trader.
Started with the 3 day LtoT in March and I have just attended the 1 day BootCamp which puts the learning into perspective. It is not a get rich quick system and you have to put in the effort but they have great teachers and the mentors are down to earth and answer all questions and put you on the right path to success and Smart Charts is a really easy system to navigate and use.
I have been using SmartCharts since Feb 2024 when I joined the Learn To Trade programme and completed the Learn Forex course. SmartCharts is incredible software, designed to be used by those new to trading and experienced traders to achieve the best returns. The analysis tools are intuitive and easy to navigate. The charts are fully customisable and the AI signals guide you towards trading opportunities which you then complete your own analysis on using knowledge and skills gained on the Learn Forex Course. My experience of the backup and support provided by Smart Charts is that it is also excellent and very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this as a beginner trader.
I find SmartCharts very easy to use and trading plan is easy and straight forward to use as well. You just got to stick with plan and that is what I am doing. I am very much looking forward to it.
I paid £150 for a four-hour "live" T-Wave training course with Smart Charts, and it was a complete waste of money. The course provided little to no actual training and was primarily a hard sales pitch to sell their £5000 software with a £70 monthly subscription. It was cringeworthy to watch, as it was clearly not a genuine trading course. Essentially, I paid £150 for a sales pitch. It was also obvious that the session was not live. The setup cleverly included a chat box to create the illusion of real-time engagement, but the video repeatedly stopped and replayed, proving it wasn't live. By the end of the four-hour sales pitch, I hadn't learned anything beyond basic information I already knew. The pressure to pay £5000 was intense, with claims that only the first 25 respondents would get access to the software. I read online reviews afterward, which confirmed my suspicions. I'm relieved I only lost £150 and didn't fall for the £5000 scam plus the £70 monthly subscription for software that, according to many reviewers, doesn't deliver at all. Please be warned.

As a pensioner, one is always on the lookout to improve, especially after the bank crashes a few years ago. So, having dabbled a few years ago in the trading markets and with funds low. I saw an offer video with a flying trader I saw about 5 years ago. The video offer an Ai software that would revelusionize the trading markets? It offered a £10,000 live funded account with an 80/20% split of the profits. Sounds really great. The paperwork looks good, the locked screen looks the same as the video, the profits seem right. Instructions to open a DEMO trading account with their own broker; returns "Registration Denighed"! But, trying to get anyone to respond to emails is like asking your doctor for an appointment or a loan? Ive had emails "Claiming we tried to contact you". You reply and a response states "NO ACCOUNT"! Or gmail returns emails stating "UNABLE TO DELIVER and we'll try for 47 hours more? I tried to CANCEL and asked for a REFUND absolutely no reply or response. I telephoned client services 02xxxxxx090 eventually gotto speak with someone named Dxx. verbally claimed he's respond by email. Have never heard back. Ive come to believe this maybe a good SCAM? I'd like to add to this story May 17th. There seems to be only one person I have received email replies from and even that appears to have ceased. I have provided a legit landline number as well as BEST times to call. NONE and I do mean NONE have been received during the BEST times to call! I do NOT have a voice mail storage or one I can knowingly access. So if support want to contact me then they have the appropriate times and numberto call and I'll be happy to speak with them. Outside those times then like everyone else if I'm here or not already on the phone; I will answer you. Just wait till I pick up!
They called me after 18 April my review they said one of manager will call me but until today no one called me guys big scammers. They said money will transfer me back still waiting , Notting I did not receive
After stumbling around for a few months with another AI software that ended up more of an MLM scheme, I went with smartcharts and don't regret it! The software is not clunky, gives you great entry signals, and is basically 4 websites in one. Previously I had to go to multiple websites (trading view, mt4, forex factory, babypips, myfxbook) to get all the correct information for getting a trade, and smart charts has it all there at once. One drawback is that the support on "team smartcharts" is very very slow. Takes at least 3 days to get an answer, and you have to poke them a bit to get a response. Also the uploading of breakfast club recordings is very slow. Would be nice to have them uploaded the same day if you can't see them right at 8am. Also it's not really clear what is in your subscription level and what is available in other subscription levels (and how much it costs to get there)
My name is Chad. I’ve signed up for this course as it really interests me the concept of what they were offering. I paid my deposit of £500 and then something really awful happened. My mother passed away them up and explain to them that I couldn’t commit myself to the course this year and the 10 monthly payments And I would need a Refund and next year when everything settles down because of the financial and emotional things that I was going through was tough. At first they seemed really helpful and really understanding it is now been two months. They’ve stopped responding to my emails and any kind of contact whatsoever. I went through my bank because I use my credit card. My credit card have been in contact with them and they said that they have shown them sufficient evidence as to why they can keep my £500, for the product I can’t really talk about as I know nothing about it but I’ve been waiting two months for my refund after my mother died and I’ve had no response whatsoever. I would stay away from this company not because of the product but because if anything goes wrong , they will just take your money and not get back to you. It is a shame as I think the product could be good but the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They have said to me that they are extremely busy and it can take 10 to 14 working days to have a refund. It is now been two months , do not go anywhere near this company. Will take your money. Just a quick update on why you should never deal with this company either as I was waiting for somebody to respond and when I did this review I went to my credit card company and tried to do a charge back not because they deceived me into getting the money off me but because I was trying to get my money back as nobody was talking to me or replying to me even though they said they would charge back to them went in their favour as I’m not surprised they didn’t but they have this weird sense that they’re able to keep my deposit Just because they won the charge back dispute even though what’s going on and what’s happened in my life? They are still happy to keep my deposit and they just sent me an email stating that they’re going to keep my £500 and I will not be getting it back at all so my advice to anybody please stay away from this company. Don’t ever think about using them not because of the product itself but because of the way they’ll treat you on the way they’ll just steal your money.
This is a scam as they do not make it explicit what the rules are when they approach you. Sell you something and do not deliver. Customer team is not interested as have your money. Don’t waste your time and money.
