Purchased from Slam69 in the morning, goods out the door with a timeslot by early afternoon. Order arrived well packaged the next day in line with the time slot. All in all a great and smooth process. Would buy from again in a heartbeat
Ordered front and rear tires as "in stock" on website. Ordered 14th and received response next day stating that front tire not in until 24th. If I knew rear tire wasn't in stock would have tried else where. Waited until 28th and rang. Told tire would not be available until 25th following month. Constructive feedback would be update website and inform consumer if change of circumstances and not wait until consumer rings first.

I needed a custom built wheel for my Son's MTB which is an older model with a mixture of old and new parts. The very helpful guys at Slam69 helped me select the suitable items I needed for it to fit exactly to the frame and components. I was concerned that the wheel wouldn't arrive for my Son's birthday due to the parts being on special order from the manufacturer. After being messed around by a major online bike parts supplier, I found Slam69 and after finding the part I needed, the amazing guy’s at Slam shipped it out and in less the 24 hours after ordering, it was fitted and I was back on the road again.
