I bought new forks for my mountain bike from an ebay shop and I had some questions regarding warranty. Everyone at slam was so helpful by communicating with SRAM on my behalf. On top of that they changed the air spring and a few other bits at a great price and very quickly. They are the real deal and I would recommend them to anyone.
