My dogs love their products. I use the flatties and they keep their teeth lovely and clean. I also use the training treat, very small and ideal for keeping in your pocket.

Great product and super fast delivery
I had to contact Adam in Customer Service to amend delivery on one of my subscription products. Adam is always a delight to deal with and he arranges things as I need the way I need them. I have the Salmon and sweet potato grain free food as he has allergies and fish twist sticks on a regular basis for over 18 months now. My dog loves the fish sticks and I believe that the grain free food balances with his allergen management food which he also eats with gusto. I have another delivery coming soon. So products and great customer service get 5 stars from me and Frodo.

I used the fish products for 2yrs, when they sent me a bag, which was basically rotten fish, I contacted them, unfortunately the customer service is none existent. I did give them the batch number etc, purchased direct from them, no response. Could have poisoned my dogs, they don’t couldn’t care less!!
