This rating is purely on delivery by DPD. We have to have our parcels delivered to a neighbour, and they are left inside their front porch always. Not last night. He came at about 9.30 and dropped them over their garden gate. So outside in all weathers and for anything to open them at night. We found the email this morning and picked them up. The parcels are damp and slightly opened. What was the sense in this. He had 5 feet to walk to get to the porch door. Not happy.

Ordered the dental pack, which arrived boxed well, biggish packets but not all are marked “ dental” whereas I was expecting they would be. Haven’t opened any yet,they’re in the garage because I can smell the fish already. The dogs are excited, me,not so much 🤣
