The Skipmate people were terrific throughout. The job was quite complicated and depended on careful communication all the way through - they did it all without a misstep. They made sure I always knew what was happening next, and they couldn't have been more understanding and patient. So efficient - it was great!
From start to finish the team at Skipmate were incredible. At an emotional time I needed to clear my mother's house and Sarah was professional, helpful and supportive throughout. No question was a stupid one and there was total flexibility in organising what was to be taken. Communication was prompt and I never once had to wait long for a reply. On the days of clearance I did not have to be there and I was sent pictures to show the actions taken. Highly recommended.
