We offset all CO2 generated by our low emission vehicles and we operate a paperless office. Over 95% of the waste we collect is diverted away from landfill through energy and recycling. Service was delayed on day 1 and the volumes unpaid for were not clear versus what we loaded . I thought I paid for more than I actually used but it’s difficult to know and the service people were very good and helpful which is what is most important.
