I ordered few cosmetics products. Most of them had a “code” for expiration date. I contacted Skinlovers to give me the expiration date on the products I ordered, haven’t received any answer yet. I noticed an unpleasant smell from one of the products, phytoelexir. I did my own check of the code on the bottom of the bottle and sure enough, the product is expired. It was produced in 2016. I’m definitely not satisfied with customer service, nor with the expired cosmetics I bought from Skinlovers. I’ll be contacting the company again, hopefully they will answer this time.
Missing product was sent and they did not reply to my emails!! scammers!
