Ordered and paid for product - received an email 3 days later to state that it wasn't in stock and a refund was issued Should have said this BEFORE the purchase was authorised

Delivery was fast and the product is truly professional level. I got a chemical peel and I paid £50 but the same chemical peel is £150 if you go for one time treatment .So worth it.

As a professional I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I have ordered some products and paid for 48h delivery, however a week later I still haven’t received anything. I emailed them, but I have no response at all! I won’t be ordering again! Waste of my money and disappointed customer as I had to postpone the treatment. Note; Skin Laboratory takes no responsibility for the delivery in their reply to me. However , as they are giving their customers delivery options at the checkout, and then are charging us for them accordingly to our choice, in my opinion they should work on their logistics and take full responsibility for it. Note 2: yes, I have received the product and it’s exactly what I ordered a week ago. If you are saying that Royal Mail has failed you, maybe you should provide your customers with other options like DPD delivery or similar- especially that you are charging a lot for the delivery itself. Getting order on time- especially after paying more for the delivery, is crucial in any business. The product itself is great, thank you.
