Excellent product that was well packaged on a pallet and delivered as promised on time. Communication was excellent and delivery time was as stated and notified in advance. Very happy all round and would recommend
Order arrived promptly, and had been packed on the pallet fairly well. No breakages. Very pleased with the basic product which, although of a uniform shape, had quite a variation in colour and surface texture. We like this natural variation. It looked like our order of 16 stepping stones had been put together from several batches, and we appreciated that two extra stones had been added perhaps in case the extent of variation was a problem. Some of the stones had superficial grazes on the top surface but we are unconcerned about this as sandstone will wear and weather in. There was quite a lot of pallet and shipping caging to dismember, but I appreciate that this was all part of ensuring safe transport and noted that original shipping materials had been reused appropriately. I did initially have some difficulty in establishing the variations to expect in this product and it would be helpful in the description to say that the stepping stones have a uniform shape and a natural variation in colour.
Ordering online with Simply Paving was easy, plenty of choice with lots of help if required from incredibly knowledgable, efficient staff, especially Natalie and Deborah. I had issues with broken slabs and they were replaced at no cost within a few days without any argument from Simply Paving. It did cost me a full day extra labour because of the broken slabs/ waiting for the delivery however I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation. Well done Natalie and Deborah for you quick and efficient customer service. 👏👏
I paid extra for a Saturday delivery, but the courier delivered on the Friday. Due to a last minute change of plan I luckily happened to be at home. Despite this being entirely the inefficiency of the courier, when I phoned Simply Paving, they refunded the delivery charge immediately. So I was impressed with their service and it all worked out in the end!
Only supplier who did not charge for delivery of bulk aggregate. Others all charge £20 Order was delivered by local supplier within a few days
Simply Paving and the delivery agents used great service and will use again. Giving average review due to the quality of product Bradstone Old Town Grey-Green slabs - different shades of colour and this not the 1st time this has happened - patio pack was very noticeable, in 1st order), so this time ordered size packs and same thing occurred. Lot of air bubbles in the finish too. Had these slabs before [several times] and this didn't occur at that time, so it's a manufacturer to blame/issues. But when you expect slabs to be same shade and bearing in mind their not a cheap slab, expected better from Bradstone.
Hi From placing the order online to Delivery was all good plenty of package tracking driver with delivery very good we live on a slope so a bit tricky to unload driver did very well either unloading.
We have placed several orders from Simply Paving and have been very impressed with their sterling service and quality of products.
I ordered paving slabs from Simply Paving and paid £60 for next day delivery. When the paving slabs arrived on a Thursday, there were approx 35 slabs that were cracked, chipped, broken. 20 of these were unusable. I contacted Simply Paving for replacements, stating I required 20. They arrived 4 days later and again, the majority of them were broken, so I had to wait another 2 days for replacements. Simply Paving were understanding and helpful in arranging replacements, however, due to the replacements, it did cost me an extra 2 days labour for my flagged. Simply Paving refunded me £150, which was disappointing as I’d spent £645 on slabs and ended up waiting a week in total for all the deliveries.

Ordered lots of large charcoal kerb stones all in very good condition. Best price cheapest kerbs I could find. Very pleased. Delivery was first class I would definitely buy from simply paving again.
Alot of slabs were chipped and were all different thicknesses upto 10mm on the same slab was using these to put on top of a wall
