From the initial contact by telephone to enquire about the product when I spoke to an extremely helpful and friendly member of staff, through to online ordering and delivery it was all just so hassle free. In fact, although I expected to receive the order in around a week from placing the order it did in fact arrive within 3 days! Brilliant. Paving slabs were just as envisaged and there was not one breakage or chip on any of the slabs! Absolutely brilliant. Definitely recommend! Oh and the price was just so good also!
Ordered the kerbstones online, delivered in 5 days on a pallet. The driver dropped the pallet where I wanted and was very helpfull. Excellent service, will use them again and recommend them to others..

The flag stones I purchase were of good quality, and surprisingly there was none broken. The delivery did not take a long but , Unfortunately, the delivery company put the pallet full of flags directly in front of my front door, so my disabled mother could not get into the house because there was a pallet of flag stones in front of the door. If the delivery company had taken, the flagstone is a further 10 feet into the back garden, they would not of been a problem! The only thing that let my experience with simply paving down was the fact that they put the flag stones in front of the front door.
Friendly service...Early delivery of paving, prompt attention and replacement of a couple of breakages during shipping. Will certainly use again...
They sell products that are hard to find, at a good rate. Not a quick delivery though and not great communication to advise as to when but I appreciate they were specialist items

ordered slabs for my front drive...always kept informed with great communication. Some slabs were broken in transport which were promptly refunded. Great service. Will use again.
Ordered brush in permeable aggregate. Arrived on time and product great. Only issue was I used there online calculate for volume and it was way off. Ordered 20ish bags and only used 6, but understand that joints between certain pavers may vary. Despite this I would 100% use again as I now know a better idea of quantities needed.
I have used this company twice this year. Whole process was simple and efficient. Even when some of the slabs I had ordered, arrived broken it was a simple matter of a phone call and some pictures to show the broken slabs and they were replaced.

The 1st delivery on Friday failed due to idiotic loaders putting 2 x 20 slabs on tiny pallets which the fork-lift hand truck could not fit under! The same driver came back the 2nd time & told me that when he got to work my slabs were still left on the same pallets so nothing had been improved. The driver had to get it changed before bringing them on the Monday. The driver Rob was so lovely, he had only started working there a few days before & was so efficient & pleasant.
This is the second time I have used Simply Paving, the customer services team were so helpful in locating my first order on their system so I could match up the stone, they were also very helpful when I needed clarification on the delivery day and time - it is so nice to be answered swiftly on the phone by a human being, rather than having to navigate an automated system that never picks up ! The website is super easy to use and calculated the sq meters as I shopped for single paving stones which meant I have zero waste. I will defiantly use Simply Paving again should I need more work done to the house.
