Overall excellent. The slabs were exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Delivered quickly and when I was expecting them. The delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful in manouevering 4 pallets around either.

Ordered some slabs from this site. Product great wouldn’t fault it. Just poor customer service. My slabs were delivered and 10% site wide discount came live a day after my delivery. Asked for this to be applied as was so close to the order as a gesture of good will and was told nope. I thought this was a reasonable ask? Won’t be back I’m afraid
Fair price, easy to order, quick delivery. The downside was the packaging. 20 600x600 slabs arrived on a pallet with just one strap to secure them. They wobbled like crazy when moved. How the guy got them off the lorry without breaking them was amazing.

The customer Service was second to none. My emails were responded to in literally minutes and were helpful and reassuring. The only downside was that quite a few of the items ordered were damaged in transit - but then, they're heavy things and by default breakable. These were replaced without question (but some of the replacements broke too.....)
After some searching found Simply to be the most competitive price. Ordering was straightforward and I was kept up to date on delivery schedule. Delivery was great with the driver making the extra effort to put the delivery right up to the garden gate. Can’t fault anything, would definitely use again.
Delivered on time even though I don't live near Halifax. Kept informed by e mail . I was impressed because my purchase was a small one. All was smooth and stress free.

Completely honest opinion , absolutely shocking, So I had to wait 2 weeks for a order to be dispatched, that never arrived then it arrived a week later the wrong colour and broken slabs , they use a company to dispatch there materials which was incompetent. I really thought it's a good price but a low price doesn't always deliver the goods 😕
The service received from this company was fantastic from start to finish I had a broken slab and was absolutely no issue getting it replaced Deb the lady I was messaging was brilliant and so helpful. Would highly recommend this company thank you.
