Would rate 0 stars if I could! Bought a swim costume through their Halocline brand. It looked lovely until I wore it for the first time. One of the Seams was waaay thicker than the other resulting in it rubbing a hole in my skin on one side after a single swim. As per their own terms and conditions I contacted them and was told it obviously just didn’t fit me and they won’t even look at it. Hugely disappointed. Terrible service

I ordered the Joy Bandeau Maxi Dress which is beautiful and excellent quality. Unfortunately, at 5ft it was just too long and if I am honest, too young for me. I am sure many women will look and feel amazing in this dress! I returned the dress and the company were quick to refund me.

I accidentally put in the wrong digit of my postcode which meant my address wasn’t showing correctly. Within an hour of placing the order I had a phone call from a staff member to query it. Delivery was quick and return was easy. I had ordered two swimsuits for choice. Haven’t worn the swim suit yet but I have bought this make before.

A really good selection of swimsuits for those with a more ample figure (!). Swimsuits arrived promptly and those that were returned were similarly refunded promptly. I kept the most beautiful of the three. Loving Nuria Ferrer, a new brand for me.
