I placed an order with Simply Beach; I had confirmation within the hour stating that the goods would be sent out the following day. The day of despatch I had an email telling me which company would be delivering my goods. The day of delivery I had another email stating times of delivery during the day and one was highlighted giving an hourly slot when I could expect delivery and sure enough they arrived that hour. I have never ever had such service, not having to wait in a whole morning or afternoon was great. I unfortunately had to return the goods, due to sizing, but once again within two days another email stating that monies would be paid into my bank that day. In my opinion you could not get better service.

Going on holiday and the last thing to get was a new swimsuit. Being 6ft tall that isn't easy. I'd tried every swimsuit on my local high street without success. There are bits that need covering and bits that need enhancing. My final hope was online. I ordered three from Simply Beach, one in budget, one over budget and one that would blow the budget away. At this stage I would pay anything for something that fitted. They arrived really quickly, tried on and two fitted and one looked ally good. I'm now one happy lady and ready for my holiday in the sun

Fabulous service, great product, quickly delivered

Ordering the bikini was easy - find my size, add to basket and go and pay for it! The email confirmation came through straight away, but there wasn't an option to track my order :-( that would have been particularly handy because I'm in Italy at the moment and was getting it delivered to my home address in the UK, so I would have liked to know when it arrived safe and sound.

i had problems using my bank card when trying to order and the next day i rec an e-mail from simply beach asking if it was their site or could they help. I rang them and the customer service was absolutley first class. My order arrived date and time specified. I am not very confiden at ordering online but i will definately use simply beach again. All my goods were excellent quality and fit . Well done on excellenct customer service.

An absolutely pleasant surprise since it was my first time buying a swimsuit on line. The fit is excellent, great coverage, but still an alluring neckline to add the perfect oomph to my red swim suit. The red might be a little too bright by day but looks lovely once it turns darker when wet.

If like me you have a small frame but a larger cup size this is the range for you. Really pretty designs, well made. I followed the measuring-your-size instructions and they were spot on! Package arrived promptly. Good service. All in all, very glad I stumbled upon this company.
