This was my first time order from Simply Beach. The online process was uncomplicated and easy and delivery prompt (within 2 days). I'm pleased with the swimsuit which is good quality and fits well. My only criticism is that the packaging could have been better. I would recommend this site.

Great choice of swimwear which was delivered speedily as was the refund when I needed to return one item.

I ordered two beach towels from Simply Beach. They were both faulty,the stitching on the Simply Beach logo was unravelling on both towels. I spoke to customer services and they advised me to send them back which I did. I was refunded for only one towel and have been told that I will have to wait until they have done a stock check before I am refunded for the second towel. I think this is poor service. Apart from this I have been very pleased with this company.

The delivery was excellent, swiftly received, however the items when they arrived did not look like they had done on the website and so I returned them. Return process was simple and my refund was processed swiftly.
