I filled my diesel fueled car with about 40% of lead free petrol. I contacted Green Flag my breakdown provider and they sent Simple Fuel Solution to sort out my problem. Jamie came with his van and took charge of the situation. Observing the health and safety regulations he cordoned off the car area and explained everything to me. As I stood outside the cordoned of area Jamie proceded to empty my fuel tank, he then switched on my ignition and the car automatically discharged the fuel in the fuel line of any additional fuel. Jamie then put another 5lts fresh fuel in my tank, checked the car was running satisfactory and gave me the keys back. Everything was completed and tidied up in about 40mins. I missfueled on a Sunday morning and within an hour of phoning your man was at my house and starting to solve my problem. One hour later all was well. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and efficient person to help ( his name was Tom) and although I would hope never to need his services again, if needed I would have no hesitation in calling out Simple fuel solutions.

Jamie’s was brilliant. Arrived quickly and had the experience to know that my fuel tank was a horseshoe shape and that when the pump said the tank was empty it wasn’t really. I was unlucky to miss full the car but lucky that I got Jamie out with his experience. Not had any problems and easy to deal with. This mishap could not have went better. Jamie was on hand within 12 hours (I didn't need an emergency call out as the car was at home). Car was emptied, flushed and topped up with enough diesel for 30 miles. Jamie explained quite a lot of the workings of diesel engines and how they differ from petrol which is great to know. I was also advised of signs to look out for in case further work is needed. The car is running great and I've encountered no further problems after the misfuel. Highly recommend thus service if you happen to have the misfortune of misfuelling.

Filled up my car with diesel rather than petrol and began driving. Only realised after about 2/3 minutes so pulled over and gave the guys a call. Marton was there within 45 minutes and had me back on the road within an hour. Reassured me throughout the whole process that everything was fine and not to worry.
