I picked a ups drop off near were I was that was open on Sunday...the day I needed to ship my clubs. The label that generated for the address that was in the drop down for the UPS store turned out to be a fed x label. When I called ship sticks for help the person answering said of course you can drop off the fed x package at a UPS store. I said I am aware of that but why when I chose UPS did ship sticks send a UPS label. He said that is the default carrier and insulated I should have known that. I said default is when the customer doesn't choose. I chose a UPS location. Anyway after driving to other fed x locations that were also closed I did end up get the UPS label and barely made the drop off before the original place I chose closed for the day. Basically a big hassle and a somewhat rude CS person.

I had to change my pickup point in Fla. and was able to call SS and speak to an actual person who made this work pretty easily. One thing...I know it is my responsibility but SS might emphasize the importance of traveling with an acetate envelope to contain your return barcode paperwork. I forgot to do this and had to go to a fedex office in Fla to get one. No big deal but an inconvenience nevertheles. SS costs more than lugging them oneself but it is definitely worth it to me.

Fabulous delivery, reliable, reasonable cost, no damage; my only complaint was took it to a FED EX SHIP Center in East Naples Florida and they “were at a temporary location” so had no internet so not as easy to print label. Finally they figured out how to print it in their back room to get the label. But this was not the fault of Ship Sticks

I encountered a hiccup or two but the ship stick team was quick to assist and resolve.

On time, worry-free shipment. It was my first time using Ship Sticks, and the directions could have been easier. That would be an improvement. In the future, now that I know the ropes, it would be easy.

EASY AND PROMPT

Easy to do; good outcome. A little confusion in that I selected a drop off site when first making arrangements on your website, then found the address nowhere on the confirmations. Phoning, I reached a person (!) and learned I could drop at any FedEx pickup. Even better, and they helped me securely attach my shipping label despite the travel bag being soft-sided. Then another mystery the following day when FedEx phoned about a missed pickup at the house. I phoned them and we figured it out. Bottom line, now I know the ropes, but more clarify up front would have avoided a series of phone calls.

We use shipsticks whenever we travel. The service is amazing, shipments are always on time or earlier than expected, pick-up is flawless. Customer service is always available and helpful Congratulations on a having a great company!
