Even 1 star is too good for this company!! Don’t tell me this business doesn’t get bad reviews. Their aftercare service is shocking. Shed walls leak and as much as they attempted to resolve the issue they have voided the warranty without giving me a reason for doing so. I had some electrics installed by a fully qualified electrician. All above board and professional however that’s the only thing I have done and tgat was by paid workmen. The shed is still leaking. Kevin and Lee are who I have dealt with before you tell me this is not one of your sheds. This company do not have a good aftercare service. Not recommended!!

Helpful throughout from Donna in the office ensuring the measurements to fit the custom size narrow shed in beside the house were exact and delivery was prompt and the installation team efficient and friendly. Would happily recommend and if/when I ever need a new shed would use them again, although from the build quality of this 1 I can see it outlasting the house.

The planning build and delivery was seamless. The Dutch Barn was delivered on time and on budget. The guys building the shed where extremely hard working and polite even though the weather was dreadful.

I’m so glad I found this company. From my initial email Donna and team made sure that absolutely nothing was left to chance. Double checking size,door placement etc. It was delivered and erected in miserable weather and winds on time and efficiently by two friendly men after a very long drive.

We bought a Dutch Barn style shed, from Shed Direct. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. All the staff at every stage were helpful,efficient and friendly. Starting with Kevin who helped advise and processed the order - Donna who dealt with the administration and back up customer service and Lee who delivered and fitted the Shed. I can't recommend them highly enough. Many thanks to you all.

Impossible to fault any part of this service from initial inquiry to delivery and build. Helpful at every step of the way. Kevin and Donna were easy to work with and the whole thing was done very quickly. The shed itself is great quality and very robust. The delivery guys were helpful and friendly and gave useful advice on guttering and treatment. Overall I am extremely happy with the service and would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish . I ordered two buildings . Great attention to detail re the drawings and making sure my requirements were clear. Design , build and painting happened very quick and then the guys who installed were excellent Highly recommend

Sturdy attractive shed/workshop, though not perfect - we are very pleased with the final result, even though not exactly what our scale drawings requested, and it has been a nightmare process getting here. 3 months of emails, quotes missing changes requested and finally having to submit our own scale drawings as they only offer rough and simplistic sketches. The final product missed an opening window (no refund offered as apparently delivery was more expensive than quoted), worktop in wrong position, hinges not the colour requested and roof felt preventing a door from opening. We did our own corrections (at this point in the long and drawn out process we just had had enough) but hampered by overdriven and broken screws. Payment up front which is required means very little comeback when issues arose, although they did eventually offer me a full refund just before the shed was constructed in their workshop. Having gone through the very protracted process of getting that far, I declined, hoping all would be well when it arrived. Staff were friendly and helpful however. They were as flexible as they could be about delivery which helped hugely but internal communication during the entire process was obviously lacking.

Just had a garden shed fitted with bespoke measurements and shape. It was extremely hard to find a company capable of doing bespoke sheds with a specific base design (I needed to mirror a garden wall that wasn’t straight). I submitted my floor plan with measurements and straightaway got their answer « no problem we can do it », when other companies could only do squares or rectangles. The team was very responsive and helpful throughout the order process. On the day of the delivery and installation the team was on time, very friendly and professional, taking great care not to create mess or damage (they needed to go through the house to reach the garden). 5-star service.

With the price of primary commodities such as wood rocketing up in price, I managed to find a reasonable deal with Sheds Direct. The website was generally easy to navigate around and the filters were effective. The only small surprise was initially thinking I would get free delivery to a PH3 address, however when I rang the Sheds Direct agent, they gave me a heads up that there would be a charge, I just hadn’t scrolled down the page sufficiently. I must confess that I was expecting a pallet of wooden battens and boards which I would have to assemble myself, however, each face of the 7x5 pent shed was already built up. Assembly was simple with the help of a panel-holder-upper and a couple of ratchet tie down straps to close up any potential gaps. The assembly instructions were adequate, though some of the critical items had notes in tiny writing. The fasteners and accessories were acceptable, though I decided to buy properly galvanised self driving screws and galvanised door hinges. Assembly is well within the remit of a competent DIY’er. All in all, good product, likely to last a long time with appropriate upkeep.

Cannot speak highly enough of this company. From ordering to (fantastically efficient) installation they were marvellous. Price, friendliness and professionalism all without parallel I would recommend without hesitation Thank you for your service- much appreciated

I dealt with a lady called Donna who from the get go was happy to explain everything with me including the process and about the team at sheds direct. I even rang Donna on her day of and without hesitation she was more then happy to discuss things with me, nothing was to much for her. We are a large Primary School in Goole, we have purchased a few sheds from Sheds Direct and are never disappointed. Kev and the team give quality advice and service tailoring the sheds to our needs at very competitive prices. The wood is top quality and nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn't shop anywhere else!
