From the very beginning of the process it was never too much trouble for the team to offer help and support and updated quotations as we refined our choice. The installation guys could not have been better. Really nice guys, very quick and yet again, made sure that everything was to our liking. I could not be happier with my new shed and the price.
Their prices are reasonable compared with some companies and I'm happy with the finished shed. They did respond quickly to emails and enquiries. I remember Donna was very helpful and quick to respond, I had the shed installation/ delivery option. The 2 installers were friendly and did a good job and they did leave everywhere tidy after installation as well Think the only thing they could have done better is given an approximate date for delivery/ installation at the time of the order. I ordered 30.07.24 and the shed was installed 23.09.24. There was a couple of weeks I was wandering how long it would take and I ended up asking for an approximate date All in all though a good company. I would recommend and I would use them again
Sheds direct make it easy purchase exactly the item I was after, to complete my garden look. The added option to have the shed built for me, was a real bonus. From searching to purchasing the perfect shed was made super easy by the excellent layout of the webpage. I’m now looking forward to my shed arriving. Five stars, would highly recommend.
The process from beginning to end was really simple and very helpful, from the team in the office (Kevin, Donna and Lee) who patiently worked through all my various changes. The guys on site were meticulous and even ended up working by torchlight to get it finished properly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.
Great shed, worth the wait. Attention to detail is excellent. The old adage is true, 'you pay for what you get'. Can't fault the guys that delivered and built it. Polite and professional, a credit to the company, as is Donna in the office.

All i can say is from the time of ordering with Kevin, and the follow up with Donna, to the Installation with Lee And Adam, we could not of been any happier! I’ve wanted a good size wooden shed for sometime and rather than going to a home improvement retailer I wanted something more up market, (but not too over priced) so after a good old search I found Sheds Direct. I not only liked their site but after speaking to the sales lady (Donna) she was very informative, professional and friendly, so I made my decision to purchase from them. As part of the price I got the company to deliver and install, the two guys that installed were very good (as you'd expect) it only took 3 hours and they did a great job, they were also friendly and professional. I am very happy with my new shed and highly recommend this company to friends and family.
It’s always a little bit worrying when you’re about to invest in a new expensive (for us) summerhouse so we’re both really glad that in the end we decided to go with Sheds Direct. Kev and Donna were absolutely brilliant and answered every question quickly and with no fuss either by email or phone. Kev was so helpful in the initial design/quote period, and nothing was too much trouble for him which made us feel really confident about the summerhouse we eventually ordered. Everything went as planned in regard to when it was supposed to be delivered and it looks great at the top of our garden (just needs me to paint it now!). Have to give a big thumbs up to the lads that constructed it too as they were absolutely brilliant. Really nice lads who worked their socks off and left everything clean and tidy. This is the second summerhouse we’ve had now and if we were ever to need any other outside building there’s only one place we’d come to. Well done all and thanks. ***UPDATE*** Had a minor problem with one of the doors which has just been fixed. From contacting Donna and the team to it being fixed it was a totally hassle free experience and is another reason I would have no worries in recommending this excellent company. Well done everyone. We are very happy with our new shed/workshop and cannot recommend Sheds Direct highly enough. The whole process from initial enquiry to installation with everyone involved we cannot fault. Sheds Direct have been outstanding at every part of the process. They will talk through your questions before ordering and advise on the best shed for your needs. The installation was smooth and quick and they resolve any issues or problems swiftly. Added to which the shed itself is excellent quality.
Great product, using mine as a work store. One thing I will add is to supply enough locking washers for all the screws, I sourced more which made it much more durable, still overall very good quality.
From start to finish Sheds Direct have been great to deal with. The Dutch barn is lovely. The two tone green is a perfect contrast. The neighbours have shed envy. The two lads that fitted the shed worked their socks off in the hot sun. Build quality is exceptional! 👍
