I am impressed it is rare these days that you get good service, I not only was met with great and helpful costumer service when I inquired about the product I purchased but to my surprise it arrived two days later and it came from Sydney to Melbourne. congratulations to the Shades Australia and the freight company Aramex.

Thanks Everyone the umbrella cover apparently arrived at the post office on the 18th July, but their tracking had the item as “in transit” upto and including yesterdays check (25/7/23) with delays expected to week of 1/8/2023…. You guys did well BUT Australia Post you need help
