Initially spoke to very helpfully person on phone then purchased umbrella from their website. Item was shipped promptly.

Website was easy to navigate and communication was prompt and clear.

Delivery was a nightmare as the Shade Australia delivery provider wouldn’t remove the item from the truck without some being home to remove it ourselves. Shade Australia took no responsibly. They said you need to arrange to remove the item from the truck. They stopped communicating after that and I had to deal only with the delivery company. I paid a significant amount for delivery and had to arrange time and a support person to be home and physically carry the equipment off the truck and onto my property. Be careful when purchasing from them if getting it delivered. Once they take your money, my experience suggests that’s where the service ends. Your Refuting has been noted, however your comments are misinformed. Moving on. If you don’t want a review don’t ask. Thanks.

Responsive to an umbrella-cover sizing issue and rectified the issue for me - replaced the XL cover for a L, after confirming themselves that both actually fit.

Website advertised 10% discount, but it wasn’t included at purchase. When I rang the discount was applied immediately with no hassle. Parcel arrived promptly.

More expensive than most but excellent value as quality of materials and product is far superior to most on market. Speedy delivery and good communication. Recommended.

Cantilever umbrella now five years old and good as new. Recently replaced cover and purchased spray-on waterproofing for umbrella (on-line). Both arrived promptly. Cover is terrific. Tough, well made, easy to fit and looks great.

He went the extra mile to be helpful with extra advice, relating to the particular fittings & base providing the expected stability. Response times exceeded expectations & before we knew it, the umbrella had been despatched & delivered in record time. The range of umbrellas to choose from is extensive.
