Very impressed with this beautiful Shelta umbrella. Love that the pole is white instead of black like many on the market. The material is great quality and the Navy stripe looks wonderful. It all looks fantastic quality and high end. The ordering was fast and simple and the Company they use as a courier rings before delivery on the day agreed upon. Very happy with our purchase.

Umbrella was delivered to regional Victoria within 3 days of being ordered. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when answering questions about assembly. Bought a Sunranger 2.1 square for home use. Well-made sturdy product. Thanks Shade Australia! If needed, the height can easily be adjusted for home use by trimming the lower section of the pole.

Easy to see what I wanted, easy to order, easy all around.

I was advised by Shade that my goods were despatched on 12 Sept 23. Here we are on the 25th Sept 23 andno goods have been received. Shjade doesn't respond to my query and the shipping broker KIS fobs me off saying they are only a broker. Toll IPEC who I have been informed are the carrier inform me that the consgnment note number is unknown to them. I guess, I'll be asking for my money back from Shade. Hardly a good place to do business with!!!

I spent hours trying to place the order, before finally getting confirmation. The order form had the "place Order" greyed out so that the order could not be finalized. I have no idea why it should be so difficult. I regularly use online ordering without any problems, so I dont think it was my fault. The order eventually went through but it was very frustrating.
