The picture on Shade Australias website showed an umbrella base, but the umbrellas do not come with a base. The image needs to be changed so it is totally clear for customers who are making purchasing decisions.

Ordered a beach umbrella on the 11th January. They sent the umbrella to the billing address rather than the delivery address. They responded straight away when I made them aware of the error and sent one to the correct address. The courier experience was less than ideal so Shade Australia refunded the shipping costs. Excellent umbrella and excellent service.
