I have a good working relationship with Sevron and specifically Emma, our Key Account Manager. The system is very proficient for the routine, however our business is a little different. Emma gives us the best service in the areas of our business that don't always fit easily with the Sevron system.

Sevron is a very useful and easy way to ensure your risk assessments and COSHH are compliant. The system is user friendly and has different levels of viewing dependant on who you wish to have full editing rights or to just view. I have used Sevron for nearly 7 years now and would not even think to look at an alternative provider. The generated assessments are very clear for operatives to follow and understand and this is down to the fantastic icons which are used and traffic light system for risk rating. We have recently looked at the incident management system associated with the risk management system and this ticks all our boxes for safety, quality and environmental. I would highly recommend this system to any business who are looking to invest in a risk and incident management package.

Sevron is the best system for Risk and COSHH assessments I have ever used. The software is very user friendly, the support team are even friendlier. Any questions, queries or problems, Sevron are happy to help and if they can't, they can point the way. Great service keep it up 5-Stars

The amendment requested was implemented after much discussion. The amendment has improved the review function significantly, it allows visible tracking of assessment review through a given period i.e. days, months, year. Excellent work. However, I would suggest a review of the process to incorporate changes requested by the customer. Regardless, the outcome has made a significant improvement.
